THE ORGANIZATION OF ZEMSTVO MEDICINE IN THE TULA PROVINCE IN SECOND HALF XIX - THE BEGINNING OF XX CENTURIES

The article is devoted to the organization of the zemstvo medical system in the Tula province in the second half of the XIX - the beginning of the XX century. Particular attention is paid to division  functions of provincial and district zemstvos in medical issues, zemstvo expenses for "public health" and the organization of the district structure of medical institutions. The article highlights a number of problems of zemstvo medicine of the Tula province.

Activity of the state is one of determining factors of  science formation in the Russian Empire. It is emphasized that establishment of science in Siberia was  related to the tasks of  domestic and foreign policy development of Russia.

The article highlights the problem of the functioning of factories and plants in the Crimea in the early 20th century. The conclusion is drawn that during this period the development of the factory industry on the peninsula reached a new stage of development on the basis of the formed industry structure, which led to the emergence of new industries, the introduction of innovations, the emergence of new goods and services. In the article, also, the names of the owners of enterprises are widely presented.

The article discusses issues related to the organization of escort service in the Russian Empire: the goals and objectives of the specified service, its role in the protective policy of the Russian state since 1811. The study of the history of creation and activity of escort of the guardians as part of the penal system, the attitude of its staff in the Russian society will evaluate it in the context of the activities of the penitentiary system of Russia.

The article contains an analysis of the role of the Western powers, Britain and Germany, in the preparation and organization of the revolutionary events of 1917 in Russia. The role of individual representatives of Russian political leaders in these events is disclosed. The thesis about purposeful preparation of internal political split in the country from abroad is put forward. The provision on the need for more balanced assessments of the participation of representatives of individual countries in these events is argued.

The article makes a comparative analysis of the norms of rational consumption of food products produced in the USSR during the second half of the 1950s–1980s, the Author has identified are not the same dynamics of changing norms. In the 1960s the structure of food consumption of the population is improved and in the 1970s - 1980s is deteriorating. Causes of deterioration were the negative trends in the Soviet economy of the 1970s and 1980s concluded that nutritional standards largely determined the possibilities of production and the level of economic development of the state.

The article based on archival documentation of the Rostov regional Committee of the CPSU main moral incentives and procedures for their documentation, used party organizations to build the necessary labour behaviour in the period 1970–1990. The results of the study allow us to understand the experience of the use of incentives for the effective fulfilment of production tasks.

The article deals with a complex of aspects related to the development of tourism in the Kursk region in the late XX - early XXI centuries as a collective-individual multilateral form of studying history and preserving the cultural and historical heritage of the country and the region. The work shows that in conditions of external challenges, constant attempts to falsify history, to mythologize key processes and people's way of life in the absence of reliable historical sources, tourism becomes a very important form of studying history because it is based on the use of the surviving concrete historical material. It is evident from the work that the contact with the surviving monuments stimulates the archival search and the theoretical comprehension of the past.

One of the important historical trends of the interwar period was a complicated process of transformation of the British Empire, representing the largest in the history of the colonial system. Changing forms and mechanisms of British colonialism was the result of exposure to a number of factors internal and external. A significant role among them is played the problems and contradictions of financial and economic development, with which the mother country has faced due to the First world war. They were a major limiters plans for further expansion, prompting the British political elite to seek a more cost-effective ways of implementing colonial strategies and the implementation of colonial administration.

On the basis of understanding tolerance as a multilevel structure including cognitive, emotional, personal and behavioral components, the study of its general level of pedagogical staff of comprehensive institutions who teach and guide children with limited abilities of health or a disability has been organized. A disagreement was found out between a not agreeable level of tolerance of the subjects of the educational activity and the necessity of creating in the compulsory educational organization a positive psychological climate. It defined the necessity of making up the program of developing tolerant attitude towards children with limited abilities of health and disabled. The results showed its effectiveness and the necessity of its launching in the practice of compulsory education institutions.

The article deals with the problem of education teaching methodology and technology in the context of secondary schools. The authors conducted a questionnaire survey of students and their parents on the long-term development of teaching schoolchildren in the subject area “technology”, by implementing the labour training variant modules: engineering and technology, Service Engineering and agro-technology with the necessary list of substantive subjects in primary, basic and secondary general education. Notes the need for the formation of the technological culture of schoolchildren learning at different levels through two subjects “technology” and “Drawing and graphics”.

The article touches upon the possibility of the didactic quest game using in order to bring up to date the students' cognitive interest at "Mathematical support and administration of information systems" course training, to broaden their general horizons while teaching to the disciplines of the IT cycle. The article describes the phenomenon of the «career potential» of a person from the point of view of his essence and structure. At the beginning of the article, the relevance of the claimed problem is described, as well as the degree of its development in modern science.
In this paper, the concepts of «career», career factors, career potential are analyzed and disclosed in detail.  More attention is paid in the article to the internal resources of the individual, which are part of the career potential structure.  The article presents a diagnostic program that allows you to explore the potential of a person's career as a system of internal resources. According to the described program, the results of a study of the structure of the career potential of an individual on a student sample are presented and analyzed. Presented and commented on the options for the factor structure of the career potential of the individual.
The article concludes with conclusions on the study, a comparison of the results obtained with the theoretical foundations of the work and the formulation of directions for further research.

The article presents the options of typical errors mental actions during extraction of social and humanistic subject-matter of the situations of social significance of the modern student youth. Identified three types of relevant erroneous actions: the discernment and substitution of social and humanistic concepts, transformation of the context of socially significant situations. Erroneous mental actions permitted by students in the process of implementation of evaluation of social situations, reflected in the choices of deformations of their individual consciousness.
Key words: context of situation of social interaction, the extraction of subject content, socio-humanistic concepts, logical-semantic analysis of the content of the task incorrect mental action, the thought process, deformation of individual consciousness.
