The article is devoted to the problem of the addition of the Old Russian people from the positions of the indigenous population of the tribal epoch in the example of Kursk. The data are based on archeology. The author comes to the conclusion that the nature of the participation of the indigenous population of the region - the Severyans of Russian chronicles - in the formation of the population of the Kursk fort and Zakurny Posad was different.

The article deals with the problem of state formation and aspects of the functioning of customs institutions of the Taurida region in 1784–1796. The structure of the customs of the region, their staff composition and recruitment features are analyzed. Identified people who occupied at different times the position of officials in the customs of the Crimean peninsula. The present level of the development of the issue.

"RESHUFFLING" IN THE KURSK POLICE

In article an attempt to give an assessment to "reshuffling" in the Kursk police in days of W.V. von Wahl's governorship (1889 – 1892) is made. The quantity and character of decisions on change of the leading ranks of police in the province is established. Comparison with similar practice in W.V. von Wahl's activity on a governor's post in other provinces, with practice of his predecessor in the Kursk province P.P. Kosagovsky and A.D. Milyutin who has replaced von Wahl is carried out. Degree of reliability and accuracy of data of the memoirist I.T. Pletnev about personnel changes in police of the Kursk province is defined at the governor W.V. von Wahl.

FORMATION OF SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP
IN THE KURSK REGION AT THE TURN OF THE XX-XXI CENTURIES

In the work on the basis of primary sources, an important problem, which was not actually developed in modern domestic historiography, the emergence of social entrepreneurship in the market everyday life of the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries, is considered. The article shows that radical socio-economic reforms, opening wide scope for entrepreneurial activity of all people, simultaneously stimulated the socio-economic differentiation of the population. The consequence was that the categories of the population and industries were actively forming, demanding increased attention in market conditions of management. The paper shows that the development of small business in the Kursk region was the basis for the formation of a separate category of socially-oriented businessmen who saw the need and understood the essence of rendering assistance to the population. In turn, the sustainable development of small businesses, the experience of socially-oriented activities became the basis for the development of an independent type of activity-social entrepreneurship.

The article deals with the study and comparative analysis of lexical, stylistic and genre peculiarities of Russian, English and French fairy-tales and the ways to use them in teaching a foreign language. Special attention is given to the analysis of the spatial images represented in fairy-tales. The article also presents the results of the experiment aimed at the study of the level foreign culture spatial images are developed in the students’ mind. Some advice how to enhance the process of development of foreign culture spatial images is given.

The estimation of ecological competence formation at secondary school students of the 5-9th and 10-11th forms is given, also the comparative analysis on the basis of the results taken from the ecological dictation spent in the region is reviewed. The article is devoted to the formation of information and analytical competence of future specialists in a departmental university. In the author's interpretation a definition of the concept "information-analytical competence" is given. According to the authors, the structure of this competence can be represented in the form of three components: motivational, cognitive and personal-semantic. Particular attention is paid to the authors of the article describing the criterial evaluation apparatus of the level of the formation of information and analytical competence among future specialists in a departmental university. A brief analysis of the approaches to assessing and determining the levels of competence formation is presented. The contents of the levels of information-analytical competence are revealed, which are determined on the basis of the selected criteria and the individual indicators for each criterion.

The article considers the main scientific approaches to the issue of a psychologically mature personality and self-understanding, indicates categorical characteristics of the concepts under study, and their connection with psychological phenomena. There are presented the results of empirical research that was carried out in Astrakhan State University and aimed at revealing of the connection between self-understanding and psychological characteristics of a personality’s psychological maturity. The methods of assessment of self-actualization level, self-relationship, terminal values were used during the research. Data statistical analysis allowed to identify some diagnostic indice of a personality’s psychological maturity, particularly: «self-interest», «temporal orientation», «cognition drive», «autonomy», «autosympathy», «in-touch capability» and «flexibility in communication», - and to indicate their statistically important connection with the levels of self-uderstanding development. Also there are demonstrated the differences between a psychologically mature personality’s characteristics in the groups with high and low self-understanding levels.

Articles on studying of social and psychological aspects of inclusive education published in the «Defectology» and «Education and upbringing of children with disabilities» magazines for 2006-2018 are analysed. Such aspects of the analysis as quantity and orientation of articles, substantial aspect, dynamics of number of publications and frequency of a research of social and psychological aspects of inclusive education are marked out.

PROBLEMATIZATION OF MORAL CONTRADICTION
IN TASKS OF SOCIAL INTERACTION
WITH DIFFERENT SUBJECTS CONTEXT

The paper concerns the dilemma of moral contradiction in cases of social interaction connected with legal, everyday and economic contexts. It is shown that students are highly perceptive in distinguishing contradictions in the legal field of knowledge. Students experience difficulties in establishing conflicts between subject and object casualty in all contexts. The principle of the questions asked, based on moral competence, in legal, everyday and economic contexts is performed in the same way.

This paper raises the problem of the inclusion of psychology students in educational and professional activities. The article presents approaches to understanding the phenomenon of inclusion in psychology. This item reflects the results of a study of the level of inclusion of first-year students who master the profession of a psychologist, which show the severity and the relationship between the various components of inclusion.
